What is Reiki

Reiki is a natural healing technique originated from Japan over a 100 years ago.  It involves the channeling of universal life force healing energy through the hands of the practitioner to the recipient with gentle touch or energy transfer.  This energy works to create relaxation, clear blockages, reduce stress, restore harmony and supports the body’s natural self-healing abilities.

15 MINUTE COMPLIMENTARY CALL
Thank you for considering me as the conduit for your energy healing.  On this 15 minute phone call, I will answer your questions and get a sense of what brings you to Reiki for Healing Hearts and establish if we are the right fit to work together.

HOLISTIC REIKI SESSION
In-Person 90 minutes- $150 (+may incur additional travel fee if out of Santa Barbara city)

This is for a 90 minute 1:1 reiki session, which includes a 15 minute discussion before treatment.  60 minutes of hands-on reiki energy healing, ending with a post-care discussion helping you maximize the reiki benefits in the coming days.  During the session I may include a oracle card reading, intuitively use crystals to support your healing along with essential oils.

RESTORATIVE REIKI SESSION
In-Person 60 minutes-$111 (+may incur additional travel fee if out of Santa Barbara city)

This is for a 60 minute 1:1 reiki session.  We will start with a 15 minute discussion before treatment.  30 minutes of hands-on reiki energy healing.  Your session will be closed with 15 minutes of 1:1 discussion and reflection.  I may intuitively use crystals to support your healing along with essential oils during your session.

WHAT IS HOME ENERGY CLEARING?

It is a holistic approach used to balance and improve the energy flow within a person or animal’s living space.  A home can accumulate stagnant or negative energy, which can affect the well-being of the person or animals living there.

Here are some examples of the benefits of Reiki Infused Home Energy Clearing: 

Cleanses negative energy: Over time, a home can absorb negative energy from stress or emotional events.  A clearing helps to remove these energies, promoting a more harmonious atmosphere.

Enhances Positive Energy Flow: The clearing process aims to improve the flow of positive energy, fostering a sense of peace, relaxation, and well-being.  It can create a more grounding, and nurturing environment.

REIKI INFUSED HOME ENERGY CLEARING
In-Person $150 per hour (+may incur additional travel fee if out of city of Santa Barbara city)

I begin our session inside your home with an oracle reading then I assess the energy of your space by walking around inside and outside of your home.  We will do an intention setting such as removing negative energy, inviting positive energy or restoring balance.  Afterwards I will burn sage, palo santo or other natural herbs to create smoke that is used to cleanse negative energy and walk with the burning palo santo wood/herbs in a safe manner through out your home.  I may incorporate crystals to help clear blockages along with my reiki energy to bring in ease, harmony and protection for example.  I end the session with a discussion reviewing what downloads I received from your home on the inside along with the outside perimeter of your home. I will close our session with a discussion on helpful guidelines needed to continue the good vibrations of your home space.
